School Age Child Care - Welcome

Jacque Gustafson, the Director of School Age Childcare for HARC, has a degree in elementary education from Millersville University.

Since 1989 when the Rec first became involved with school age care (SAC) programs, Jacque has been employed in various capacities - first as a caregiver, then as a site supervisor, ultimately becoming the Director. Jacque has orchestrated the expansion of SAC from one after-school program with 12 students at the Landisville Elem. School (now Landisville Intermediate Center) to five before-school and five after-school programs. Jacque's community involvement includes her church, and she worked at her polling place for almost 15 years. In her spare time Jacque enjoys cooking, antiquing, and spending time with her family and friends.
