Facility Rentals
Several areas of Hempfield Rec are available for rent including conference rooms, tennis courts, dance studios, and our gymnasium. Hempfield Rec is the ideal location for post prom parties and much much more! If you are looking for a place to hold a meeting, birthday party, youth group function, etc. please keep us in mind. POOL RENTALS AVAILABLE!
The HARC pool facility can accommodate pool parties for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Pool parties are scheduled during family swim times. We will set up tables for seating, opening gifts, and eating. Lifeguards will be on duty to ensure your party is safe. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult or caregiver. Please see the HARC policy below regarding supervision of children under 12 years of age.
POOL RENTAL RATES DURING POOL HOURS:
- HARC Members: $85 for 2 hours (10 swimmers, additional swimmers $8 each)
- Additional pool rental: $30/hr
- Non-members: $105 for 2 hours (10 swimmers, additional swimmers $8 each)
- Additional pool rental: $40/hr
SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN 12 YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER AND NON-SWIMMERS - This policy is adopted and implemented to ensure the safety of all children who use the
HARC swimming facility. Children 12 years of age and under must be supervised by a parent/caregiver. Further, children should be able to swim 25 meters (one length of the pool) in a confident manner. This means that they are able to swim with a relatively strong stroke and with their face in the water. If a child is unable to accomplish this, they must be accompanied in the water by an adult or caregiver. Please note that HARC lifeguards and other aquatic staff are not available nor are they assigned for this function.
