Please check in with the trip leader at least 10 minutes before departure time. If minimum registration for most trips is not reached by a month prior, the trip may be cancelled. Youth under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please register early! No refunds will be given two weeks prior to trip date, unless a replacement is found. A $4 administrative fee will be charged for all approved refunds. Overnight trips have separate refund and cancellation policy. Rates quoted reflect diesel prices as of this printing. HARC reserves the right to adjust the fees based on additional fuel surcharges incurred. The gratuity for bus driver not included in price listed. Note: right front seats reserved for trip escort.
PRESIDENT'S DAY WEEKEND JAY PEAK/STOWE VERMONT SKI/SNOWBOARD TRIP
Hempfield Rec is going to Jay Peak and Stowe during the popular 4-day weekend. Trip includes: transportation, 3 nights lodging at the new Marriot in Burlington, VT, 3 breakfasts, 2 dinners, 3 day lift tickets (first day at Jay, last 2 days at Stowe), taxes, gratuities (including driver’s gratuity) and full-time chaperones.
