DC ZOO/MALL - KITE FESTIVAL TRIP—ON YOUR OWN
Visit Washington, D.C. and or be dropped off for an all-day visit to the famous National Zoo or enjoy the sights around the Smithsonian Institute Mall (see the new M.L.K. statue)! Same weekend as the Kite Festival, so plan on making a day of it at the Mall to see all the great kites--or bring your own and fly it!

Spend a fun day on your own with plenty to do in the Inner Harbor. Hop on a Water Taxi or walk--Baltimore is a shopper's paradise with quaint, upscale boutiques; corner antique shops; outlet centers and more. This trip will tempt your palate with the many outstanding downtown and neighborhood restaurants that offer a glorious assortment of international and ethnic cuisines as well as native Maryland seafood specialties. If you plan to visit the National Aquarium, get your ticket from us ahead of time and save money and the wait in line!
