SELF DEFENSE FOR WOMEN
Would you know what to do when: Someone tries to take our purse? Someone breaks into your home? Learn what to do when you encounter a problem situation--street smarts, self defenses, some minor weapon defenses and build self confidence so you are less likely to become a victim. Ages 12 and up.
Instructor: Michael Louie, 4th DAN Black Belt with more than 17 years of martial arts instructing experience.

NEW MENTAL FITNESS TRAINING
Are you stressed out from your work week? Or do you just want to learn how to be at peace with your mind and body? This new class will involve several aspects of mind, body, and spirit training. Learning proper breathing, mediation exercises, positive reinforcements, relaxation techniques, and positive aggression output drills using punching and kicking bags. Dress comfortably. Wrist wraps and light punching bag gloves are recommend but not necessary. Equipment can be purchased through the instructor. Ages 12 and up.

You must bring your punch card each week to play. Cards can be purchased at HARC front desk. Cards are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost/stolen.
